Kiam Chye Soup (Singapore)
Ingredient:
· Water 1500ml
· Ribs 1 kilo
· Salted mustard green 200grams
· Tomato 3
· Onion 5
· Ginger 2 cm
· Pepper 1 tea spoon
· Sugar 1 tea spoon
· Fried onion
Procedures:
· Boiled the ribs, add ginger, pepper, slat and onion. Cook until the ribs soft. Lift the ribs.
· Boiled the broth and the ribs. Add salted mustard green and lift.
· Prepare a cup, put the soup and serve it with fried onion.
