Fish Burgers - Cooking Recipes
Serves 6
wholegrain bread rolls
6 crumbed fish fillets
125ml (1/2 cup) whole egg mayonnaise
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1. Halve 6 wholegrain bread rolls. Toast under a preheated grill.
2. Bake 6 crumbed fish fillets (such as Biro s Eye Oven Bake Deep Sea Dory) following packet directions.
3. Combine 125ml (1/2 cup) whole egg mayonnaise, l teaspoon crushed garlic and 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
4. To serve, fill each roll with a fish fillet, baby rocket leaves, finely sliced red onion and a spoonful of garlic mayonnaise.
